There are no returns for products sold "AS-IS".
All items that are stated as new are warranted by the manufacturer not Shawnee Technologies LLC.
If an item is warranted by Shawnee Technologies LLC then the warranty period is 30 days or length stated in description, and only for defects in the product, not in use.
In all returns the shipping to Shawnee Technologies LLC is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned items will be tested. If no problem is found return shipping will be charged.
If item is warranted then the product will be replaced with same or similar item depending on availability
Shawnee Technologies LLC is not responsible for the way you use or misuse any item you purchase.

Shipping options are as follows:
USA = Priority mail, express mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 day, UPS air saver
International = Priority USPS, Express USPS, UPS
Primary methods of payment can be made via Visa, Master card, PayPal, or wire transfer
Payment needs to be received within 7 working days or the order will be canceled and corresponding feedback will result.
Company checks require 10 working days to clear before items will ship.
PayPal and Credit Card orders will be sent to the verified address only there are no exceptions. This protects both customer and Shawnee Technologies LLC from fraud and illegal use of accounts.
